Des informations plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es seront fournies dans nos prochaines newsletters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En attendant l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur du nouveau r\u00e9gime, le syst\u00e8me actuel des heures de relance est prolong\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au 31 mars 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que vous pouvez encore b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des 120 heures de relance volontaires jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cette date (sous r\u00e9serve du respect des conditions, telles que la conclusion d\u2019un accord).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les heures de relance effectu\u00e9es au cours du premier trimestre 2026 seront toutefois d\u00e9duites du nouveau contingent d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires volontaires auquel l\u2019employeur aura droit \u00e0 partir du 1er avril 2026..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les 120 heures de relance s\u2019ajoutent aux 100 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires volontaires ordinaires, soit un maximum total de 220 heures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jusqu\u2019au 31\/03\/2026, le syst\u00e8me des 360 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires brut\/net (en cas de caisse blanche) reste \u00e9galement applicable dans le secteur de l\u2019horeca. Une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation suivra, dont vous recevrez prochainement des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contr\u00f4les-flash des services d\u2019inspection sociale en 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, les services d\u2019inspection sociale organisent \u00e9galement en 2026 des contr\u00f4les-flash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ces contr\u00f4les ont principalement un caract\u00e8re informatif et pr\u00e9ventif. Toutefois, en cas d\u2019infractions graves et\/ou r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es, des constats d\u2019infraction peuvent \u00eatre dress\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2026 les contr\u00f4les-flash sont pr\u00e9vus comme suit :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Janvier: taxi\u2019s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mars: construction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mai: transport et d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juillet : horeca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Septembre: secteurs verts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decembre: s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous souhaitez vous pr\u00e9parer au mieux ? N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.siod.belgie.be\/nl\/checklists\">checklists<\/a> mises \u00e0 disposition par les services d\u2019inspection sociale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modification du d\u00e9lai de rechute en cas d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019un employ\u00e9 qui a repris son travail devient de nouveau incapable de travailler \u00e0 cause de la m\u00eame maladie ou du m\u00eame accident, on parle de rechute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le d\u00e9lai de rechute pour le droit au salaire garanti a \u00e9t\u00e9, pour les nouvelles incapacit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2026, prolong\u00e9 de 14 jours \u00e0 8 semaines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9sormais, l\u2019employeur (ou l\u2019agence d\u2019int\u00e9rim) n\u2019est plus oblig\u00e9 de verser \u00e0 nouveau le salaire garanti si l\u2019employ\u00e9 (ou int\u00e9rimaire) tombe de nouveau en incapacit\u00e9 de travail dans les huit semaines suivant la fin d\u2019une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente incapacit\u00e9 ayant donn\u00e9 droit au salaire garanti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le salaire garanti reste toutefois \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019employeur dans les deux situations suivantes :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019employ\u00e9 peut prouver, sur la base d\u2019un nouveau certificat m\u00e9dical, qu\u2019il est \u00e0 nouveau incapable de travailler en raison d\u2019une autre maladie ou accident<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque la premi\u00e8re p\u00e9riode d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 n\u2019a pas donn\u00e9 lieu au versement int\u00e9gral du salaire garanti, l\u2019employeur devra encore payer le solde restant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duction du nombre de jours de maladie sans certificat m\u00e9dical<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019exemption de l\u2019obligation de pr\u00e9senter un certificat m\u00e9dical d\u00e8s le premier jour d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2026, de trois \u00e0 deux jours par ann\u00e9e civile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un employ\u00e9 ne peut donc d\u00e9sormais utiliser cette exemption que deux fois par an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour la limite de deux fois par ann\u00e9e civile, c\u2019est l\u2019agence d\u2019int\u00e9rim qui est prise en compte. Ainsi, si l\u2019int\u00e9rimaire travaille pour le m\u00eame bureau d\u2019int\u00e9rim mais pour diff\u00e9rents utilisateurs au cours d\u2019une m\u00eame ann\u00e9e civile, il ne pourra b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019exemption que deux fois au total (et non deux fois par utilisateur).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La possibilit\u00e9 existante pour les entreprises comptant moins de 50 employ\u00e9s de d\u00e9roger \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle via le r\u00e8glement de travail est maintenue (les int\u00e9rimaires sont toutefois inclus dans le calcul de ce seuil pour l\u2019agence d\u2019int\u00e9rim).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adaptation de montants importants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au 1er janvier 2026, plusieurs montants cl\u00e9s seront ajust\u00e9s en raison de l\u2019indexation (\u00e0 confirmer officiellement par le SPF Finances)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Montant maximum des moyens d\u2019existence nets pour enfants \u00e0 charge : 12 300 \u20ac (auparavant 12 000 \u20ac + exemption pour revenus d\u2019\u00e9tudiants : 7 010 \u20ac (auparavant 6 840 \u20ac)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exon\u00e9ration fiscale des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations issues d\u2019un flexi-job (non-pensionn\u00e9s) :\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18 440 \u20ac (auparavant 18 000 \u20ac)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo pour les int\u00e9rimaires non soumis \u00e0 une convention sectorielle : 0,30 \u20ac\/km<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 partir du 1er mars 2026 &#8211;
