Quelles priorit\u00e9s souhaitez-vous mettre en avant au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es pour le secteur belge des ressources humaines et de l\u2019int\u00e9rim ?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Avec le secteur, nous devons \u0153uvrer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de conditions de concurrence \u00e9quitables (level playing field) pour tous les acteurs actifs dans les services RH. La concurrence d\u00e9loyale doit dispara\u00eetre du march\u00e9 et la l\u00e9gislation doit s\u2019appliquer de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re \u00e0 tous.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nous souhaitons \u00e9galement rendre notre secteur plus attractif et mettre davantage l\u2019accent sur la valeur ajout\u00e9e que nous apportons \u00e0 nos clients et \u00e0 nos candidats, tout en renfor\u00e7ant la visibilit\u00e9 de nos services.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Notre secteur est souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sous un jour d\u00e9favorable en raison de certains acteurs qui ne respectent pas les r\u00e8gles. Or, il s\u2019agit fr\u00e9quemment d\u2019entreprises qui ne sont pas membres de Federgon, voire d\u2019acteurs internationaux qui n\u2019ont aucun lien avec les services RH, mais qui sont n\u00e9anmoins per\u00e7us par les responsables politiques, les m\u00e9dias ou les entreprises comme faisant partie de la \u00ab flexibilit\u00e9 \u00bb du march\u00e9 du travail.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Il est essentiel d\u2019op\u00e9rer une distinction claire et de faire de Federgon un v\u00e9ritable label de qualit\u00e9, tout en encourageant les entreprises \u00e0 collaborer exclusivement avec des partenaires qui portent ce label.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong><em><strong><em>Le march\u00e9 du travail belge reste confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, alors qu\u2019un important vivier de talents demeure inexploit\u00e9. Quel r\u00f4le les agences d\u2019int\u00e9rim peuvent-elles jouer dans l\u2019activation et l\u2019accompagnement de cette r\u00e9serve de talents ?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Les agences d\u2019int\u00e9rim ont toujours constitu\u00e9 un pont vers un emploi durable. Nous sommes \u00e9galement l\u2019un des secteurs les plus diversifi\u00e9s du paysage de l\u2019emploi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nous devons continuer \u00e0 assumer ce r\u00f4le. Gr\u00e2ce au travail int\u00e9rimaire, de nombreuses personnes peuvent sortir du ch\u00f4mage. Nous devons \u00e9galement favoriser les transitions d\u2019un emploi \u00e0 un autre, y compris pour les personnes en incapacit\u00e9 de travail de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Il est important d\u2019encourager les personnes \u00e0 ne pas rester enferm\u00e9es dans un emploi qui ne leur apporte plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie, mais \u00e0 franchir plus rapidement le pas vers de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong><em><strong><em>La digitalisation et l\u2019intelligence artificielle transforment la mani\u00e8re dont candidats et employeurs se rencontrent. Comment voyez-vous l\u2019avenir du secteur de l\u2019int\u00e9rim dans un march\u00e9 du travail toujours plus num\u00e9rique ?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>L\u2019avenir consistera \u00e0 exploiter au mieux la digitalisation et l\u2019intelligence artificielle dans l\u2019ensemble des processus, en mettant l\u2019accent sur l\u2019automatisation des t\u00e2ches administratives et r\u00e9p\u00e9titives.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cela permettra aux consultants et aux agences de consacrer davantage de temps aux services \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e pour les clients et les candidats, tels qu\u2019un meilleur accompagnement lors de l\u2019int\u00e9gration chez le client (onboarding), le d\u00e9veloppement des formations ou encore l\u2019accompagnement personnalis\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong><em>Dans quelle mesure l\u2019apprentissage tout au long de la vie joue-t-il un r\u00f4le dans le secteur de l\u2019int\u00e9rim, et comment Travi l\u2019encourage-t-il ?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><em>Dans un march\u00e9 du travail tendu, l\u2019importance de l\u2019apprentissage continu n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi grande. Former devient de plus en plus le nouveau recruter. Les entreprises d\u2019int\u00e9rim qui investissent dans le potentiel de croissance des int\u00e9rimaires renforcent non seulement leurs talents, mais aussi la qualit\u00e9 de leurs services aux clients. Investir dans la formation est donc plus que jamais rentable, et Travi souhaite les soutenir pleinement dans cette d\u00e9marche.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>L\u2019intelligence artificielle et la digitalisation constituent sans doute l\u2019\u00e9volution la plus importante que nous devons pleinement int\u00e9grer.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Les personnes ne seront pas remplac\u00e9es par l\u2019intelligence artificielle, mais par celles qui sauront utiliser l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><em><strong><em>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 votre exp\u00e9rience au sein de House of HR, vous avez une vision tant du march\u00e9 belge qu\u2019international. Quelles sont, selon vous, les tendances que les agences d\u2019int\u00e9rim belges ne peuvent ignorer aujourd\u2019hui ?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nous constatons \u00e9galement que, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces \u00e9volutions, de nombreux clients disposent d\u00e9sormais plus facilement des m\u00eames outils que les agences d\u2019int\u00e9rim et les prestataires RH. Nous devons donc aller encore plus loin dans nos services, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir davantage en termes de solutions pour les clients et renforcer continuellement notre valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Par ailleurs, dans de nombreux pays, la r\u00e9glementation repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 la fois une menace et une opportunit\u00e9. La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 anticiper rapidement les \u00e9volutions l\u00e9gislatives et \u00e0 s\u2019y adapter deviendra un facteur essentiel de survie dans notre secteur.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong><em><strong><em>Si vous pouviez adresser un seul message aux agences d\u2019int\u00e9rim belges pour les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es, quel serait-il ?<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Les personnes ne seront pas remplac\u00e9es par l\u2019intelligence artificielle, mais par celles qui sauront utiliser l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cela signifie que toutes les agences d\u2019int\u00e9rim doivent r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 l\u2019impact que l\u2019IA aura, tant sur les travailleurs qu\u2019elles emploient que sur leur propre mani\u00e8re de travailler.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong><em><strong><em><strong><em>Si vous \u00e9tiez nomm\u00e9e ministre du Travail, quelle serait votre premi\u00e8re mesure<\/em><\/strong><em> ?<\/em><br><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Le travail doit redevenir la norme ; il ne s\u2019agit pas de travailler moins, mais de travailler davantage. Le travail est essentiel pour notre avenir et pour la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de notre prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de notre \u00c9tat social.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>C\u2019est pourquoi il faut remettre au travail un maximum de personnes. Je m\u2019attacherais \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le nombre de ch\u00f4meurs et de personnes en incapacit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e en misant davantage sur l\u2019employabilit\u00e9, sur des attestations d\u2019aptitude au travail plut\u00f4t que sur des certificats m\u00e9dicaux classiques, et en privil\u00e9giant l\u2019accompagnement plut\u00f4t que l\u2019octroi d\u2019allocations pour le burn-out.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Je plaiderais \u00e9galement pour l\u2019octroi de budgets d\u2019accompagnement destin\u00e9s aux employeurs et aux travailleurs, ainsi que pour l\u2019exon\u00e9ration fiscale des indemnit\u00e9s de licenciement, \u00e0 condition que la personne retrouve rapidement un emploi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nous devons \u00e9viter que les personnes restent trop longtemps \u00e9loign\u00e9es du march\u00e9 du travail, car il est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le retour \u00e0 l\u2019emploi devient de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019absence se prolonge.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Enfin, les donn\u00e9es d\u00e9tenues par les pouvoirs publics devraient \u00eatre beaucoup mieux mises \u00e0 la disposition du secteur priv\u00e9. Les missions essentielles des services de placement devraient davantage se concentrer sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 des personnes, notamment par le biais de formations et d\u2019actions visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper son mindset.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Les donn\u00e9es dont disposent ces organismes devraient \u00eatre accessibles \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des entreprises afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les doubles d\u00e9marches et de favoriser une mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi plus efficace.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vous \u00eates r\u00e9cemment devenue pr\u00e9sidente de Federgon.
